What is included in the cost?
07. Area-Based pricing coefficients
The final price depends not only on the area, but also on the complexity of the finish, number of decorative layers, condition of the surface, materials selected, and requirements for the final result.
A small area requires more manual work per square metre, so a higher coefficient applies.
The optimal volume for implementation with the standard pricing coefficient.
With a larger volume, some costs are distributed across the total area, so the coefficient decreases.
Large-scale projects allow us to offer the most efficient coefficient. Terms are calculated individually.
